ABOUT
thea is a rising 23-year-old artist and songwriter from Norway, now carving out her sound in Liverpool, where she studies Songwriting and Performance at The Liverpool Institute For Performing Arts (LIPA).
Drawing inspiration from Norwegian pop, and artists such as Sigrid, Adele, SKAAR, Griff and Birdy, thea creates a sound that moves between acoustic ballads and uplifting pop anthems.
She released her debut single “Somewhere to Land” on August 15th, 2025, which quickly made waves—landing on major Spotify editorial playlists. That same day, she performed her original songs live for the first time at her debut concert in Norway.
Just a couple months later, thea followed up with her second single “The Woman I Am” on October 3rd, which earned her first radio play on BBC Introducing, and her first feature in the Scandinavian music magazine Puls.
thea is now developing her live sound, with her band in Liverpool, gearing up for an exciting year ahead, bringing her fresh, vibrant pop songs to new ears and new rooms.
